I used to really like their clothes and bought from them all the time. But my latest experience left me super disappointed, and I’m done buying from them! Just last week, I spent £201 on some clothes and used a coupon for £40 off when spending over £200. When my parcel showed up, I realized the hat's brim was way too big for my small head, so I sent it back for a refund. But when I got the refund, I was totally baffled! They only gave me back £28, even though the hat was originally £55. With the coupon, it should’ve been £44, and after deducting £3 for postage, I figured I should get £41 back! So, I reached out to their customer service, and they told me that since I returned the hat, my order was no longer £201, which meant the coupon was voided. They wouldn’t give me the £40 off anymore, so I ended up paying more! That really ticked me off because I’ve never seen a retailer handle refunds like this! I returned a hat and ended up losing £13! Plus, I swear I didn’t see any of those terms in their return policy when I bought the stuff, and after I complained, they went and updated that section and sent me the link! What a joke! Stay away from them if you want a hassle-free refund! If you’re thinking about buying their stuff, just forget about getting a refund!

I've purchased from Miss Patina several times and never faced any issues. The quality of the clothing is top-notch, and returning items is pretty straightforward. I've returned a few myself. Their customer service is also really good. Super friendly!
